What are some good health and fitness related prize ideas?

I’m starting a point-based fitness club at my school and need some good health and fitness related prize ideas for both individuals and groups of about five people. It would be very helpful if the prizes were cheap and gender neutral.

Is it a state law that children under 18 are not allowed in the weight rooms in health clubs in Indiana?

Health clubs do not allow children under 18 in their weight rooms. Is this just a liability risk or some kind of law in Indiana?

What time do you find your fitness gym is least busy?

For those people who work out often, do you find that the gym you work out at is least busiest at 6 30 am-9 am or another time during the day, if another time, what time is this?
Mid morning – 9-12am,
Mid afternoon – 2-5pm,
