What to wear to an interview at 24 Hour Fitness?

I have an interview tomorrow with 24 Hour Fitness and I’m just curious what I should wear. I’ve applied for the position of Sales Counselor so it’s not like I’m going to be running in the gym with people or whatever… any advice?

Something nice but casual — I’d go for a dark pair of jeans with a nice shirt (nothing too fancy, maybe a nice sweater or knit top in a color that really accentuates your skin tone/hair color or that you just love =)) and a pair of attractive shoes, but also nothing fancy, they probably don’t have to be heels. Just look nice, like you would if you were meeting your bf’s family for the first time, ya know? =) Hope that helps a little!

dress as you would for any other sales position….

if you’re a girl, wear a nice pantsuit or skirted suit (makes a better impression) clean blouse, appropriate hosiery and shoes to go with the outfit…flats or low heels would be fine.\

if you’re a boy, wear a suit and tie with a clean dress shirt and proper shoes

either one: shower! shave if appropriate, shampoo your hair, brush your teeth, comb your hair, wash your hands so your nails look clean, small earrings (posts with a diamond solitaire or a small gold bead would be fine)

ladies: modest conservative make-up if you wear it normally; if you wear nail polish, make sure it isn’t chipped

  4. Never wear jeans/denim to an interview. You should always look professional. A nice pair of slacks or even Khakis with a sweater would be nice
