Are there any womens fitness centers in Bahrain?

I don’t want to pay membership, just a guests pass. Group exercise is also preferred

You can try Fitness First, it is currently the best fitness centre in Bahrain. You can call them for an appointment, where you can use their facilities for free to try it out. Also, I am sure you can enter the gym on a daily pass, but that would cost you more than signing up for a whole year.

They are located in Bahrain World Trade Centre (Sheraton). Their number is: 13322200.

By the way, if you get access to their gym, then you are granted access to all their centres all over the world. They are located in many countries, you can search for their official website over the net.
