I want to make nonalcohol smoothies the kind you find at fitness centers. I need recipes?


O.Kit doesn’t need to be like a fitness center.since fruits have many vitamins and are very good for you, just add a sliced cup-portion of any fruits you like, 2 cups of milk, one bottle of plain yogurt, and blend it all together, should make 2 smoothies, very tasty and very good for you!!!! dont over load and put something like ice cream!!! it will spoil the healthiness of your shake.

  2. if you’re trying to lose weight then use maybe Vanilla protein powder with fresh strawberries then a scoop or two of Vanilla or strawberry ice cream (lowfat)
