Fitness Lonnie (20) Hit The Club, Then HIT THOSE BICEPS!!!

Hit the clubs with my friends, grabbed some drinks, and danced with some FINE ladies. Do you think I went to bed after that? NO WAY! I got in a quick late night workout. Want a body like no other? Gotta take Fitness Lonnie’s extra steps or you’ll never get there!
