I don’t want to train today… but I’m doing it anyway. Here’s a taste of one of the several circuits my trainer had me do at the gym today during my upper-body workout (plus a good amount of me talking in the car). I want to start showing you the kinds of exercises I do during my 3x/week weight-training sessions. My gym is really small and really basic, but it has everything I need (and it’s in a mall, so I can hit Victoria’s Secret after my workout).
