Great exercise … Great exercise Scott, thanks for showing it the right way. Your tips work wonders, besides being simple and uncomplicated. Oh, and by the way, you look abslutely ripped and perfect. How do you do it? Better still, how do you keep it up?? Hats off to you my dear friend!
General questions I was wondering if you could answer. I use a gym but it isn’t supervised so there are no instructors. I am increasing my muscle size after 3 months or so (mainly upper body) and as I am getting slightly stronger I am trying to increase the weights used. My questions are how should I be breathing (e.g when using bench press or pull up), how many times a week should I use the gym (safely) and how can I help protect my self from a hernia injury. Any advice thanks

it`s for abdominal muscles! If you made sense from the beginning like you just did now I wouldn`t have assumed you were an idiot! to reduce love handles you just have to lose weight before you even start to do this.

I admit some of his … I admit some of his workouts seem a bit too masculine for me but i love watching and supporting him because he is such a great person, i watch all his videos. Also fyi i know wut crunches do you IDIOT, i just don’t think that i’ve heard of side oblique crunch b4 and i was just asking Scott wanting to know exactly wut it does for u…… even though it obviously seems like it reduces love handles, but i wanted to know if it does anything else since he has experience in these things.

You obviously have a VERY SMALL mind…..just because u watch to see his body does’nt mean everyone else is…..FYI there is much more to Scott than his good looks and beautiful body. He shares a wealth of info about nutrition and fitness and makes it very fun and easy to learn. He is very inspiring and a great guy all around, i’ve learned alot from watching his videos.
