    I realise this has been asked before but make it clear in my head. When yu do this for real you dont do 30 reps . . . immediatley on to next exercise without rest and all the way till a circuit is done. Do you? Or is it 1 set of 30 ab crunches. . . .rest for 30 secs . . . . . then one set of 30 speed crunches etc. . . . Just to clarify thanks.
