  7. @ doom, in the past …
@ doom, in the past week it has toned up various areas which I didn’t before such as around my gut and parts of my arms, be warned the first few days will leave you very stiff! but also the way you build up muscle and reduce fat depends on your body, Ive lost heaps of fat from my face neck area more then anywhere else for you it might be different. but I do suggest getting this game if you don’t have time or confidence for a gym, also I see it more as a game so it gives me more reason to use it!

I’m glad to hear that people are actually getting tired playing this. Thats good right?

  9. Me too. I already …
Me too. I already had it for a few days and I feel better and I am actually sweating when I play it. I never got a workout like this from wii fit or wii fit plus. Before I play this game I warm up with Just Dance for the wii it is so much fun and it really loosens the joints.

  10. So has this game …
So has this game actually shown good results in your appearance? Cuz i wanna get this or Wii fit plus. I like Wii fit plus but seeing EA Sports active is cheaper i think ill go that route. But just wanted to kno ur results on the game. Thanks.

  11. I have had this …
I have had this game for not even a full week and I love it! 5 days of play has already knocked off heaps of weight and body fat! warning though the first couple of days if you aren’t the most fit person will leave you still and sore but eventually you get over it and while you keep playing it, it becomes somewhat addictive also being a game helps too I run further in this then I do in real life!

  17. I just tried the ‘ …
I just tried the ‘Workout with a Friend’ option on this game and it seems to work really well. You just need a second leg strap and nunchuck/remote and you’re good to go. It doesn’t have one person doing a move while the other person waits. It’s pretty competitive. In the end it shows who did more in the overall workout.

  18. @jessicakennon Yes …
@jessicakennon Yes you need the nunchuck. The nunchuck goes in the leg strap for alot of the exercises to monitor your lower body movements.

  19. this is a preety …
this is a preety impresive game, i must go and buy it

  20. Just bought this. …
Just bought this. The stretch bands are VERY weak/low resistance, more so than you think, I PROMISE. They are ridiculous. I had to untie THEIR resistance band, and tie one of my own onto those black “handles” for it to even do anything to my muscles, and I am not a fit/strong person. Otherwise, pretty cool “game” to try.

  21. Do you have to have …
Do you have to have a nunchuk to play?

  22. @hated4life666 I …
@hated4life666 I would recommend this over the Wii Fit. I got a good workout with this program, the Wii Fit doesn’t really give you a good cardio workout.

  23. @WoWgnome123 …
@WoWgnome123 HAHAHA Yeah that was pretty bad

  24. I purchased this …
I purchased this game yesterday and I found it gave me a good workout. The Wii Fit is kind of tame and doesn’t really get you sweating. I also liked the EA Active game because it changes things up between the Strength training, games/fun and cardio so it didn’t get too boring or frustrating. The resistance bands are weak… but I have my own so I was able to add more resistance.

  25. according to EA: …
according to EA: Active is a more western workout as opposed to Wii Fit which is more eastern workout with more stretches and balance parts. Depends on what you are looking for i guess.
