yes it is. no … yes it is. no exercise will get u cut. diet and cardio does. u styll have to hit it hard with the weights regardless of what ur goal is, contrary to popular belief.
This is a common … This is a common myth of bodybuilding (lift small weights more to get cut) this is true to an extent. Any cardio type workout will burn fat. But more weight means more mass! hope this helps!

on flat bench your … on flat bench your elbows should be in close to your body as this takes stress off your rotator cuff and it also gives a stronger bench.
obviously you know … obviously you know next to NOTHING about training. Get off your fatass instead of sitting there complaining just because you don’t have the discipline to get in shape. And the guy doesn’t have more fat than muscle, he is bulked up, which you probably don’t even know what it means
