How do I get out of my contract at my health club?

We are buying a house about 30 mins away from our current health club which is pretty much in the parking lot of our apartment complex. It is going to be too far, to much money with a mortgage, and our new neighborhood has a fitness center with our HOA fees. How do I get out of my contract without paying a bunch of money which I need for my closing costs, appliances, etc…..

Read the contract closely and look for any loopholes or "outs." Barring that, you’re stuck. It’s a legally binding contract.
