    Dobiedub1, I’m 15 and I must say I started working out at 14 because it was when I finally had enough will to stick to working out 5-6 days a week, either way I don’t lose anything by commenting, if I was you I focus on my arms, and do say abs as complementary, say you do 20 push ups or for beginners 10 then you switch and do 20 of abs, then visa versa,

    @dobiedub1 Truthfully that depends on how much protien you take in and wether or not you stick with it. if your one of the 6′ tall giant 13 year olds this should be no problem. if your like i was when i was 13, youll have to do much more work. Try doing each to failure with a 30-90 second rest inbettween for 3-7 days.

    i swear, like in the first 2 days my lower chest started feeling sour( it was just my abs developing!). so i was like ‘what the heck’. then the next morning i looked in the mirror and i had a 2 pack!!!!! TRUE STORY!
