I was looking for great, useful and reliable magazines, websites and even online forums about health & fitness including nutrition/diet, exercising, bodybuilding, etc…

What do you suggest?

  2. I know Men’s Health seems to be a pretty good magazine for men. It would actually be better if you have a girlfriend and have her order Oxygen health magazine for women, cause they really do have better diet and fitness tips in there than the men’s magazines. I know you probably don’t want to order it for yourself, so this way you could just look at hers, and you might enjoy the pictures too! lol
